EAI performed the demolition of the old Horace Small Apparel Factory and the Horizon liquor distribution facility (over 200,000 square feet) for the new upcoming Charlotte Connector. This site was featured on “The Weight of the Nation” by HBO with Mayor Karl Dean and his progress in Nashville providing new bike and walking trails.
