EAI was contracted by Eighth South, LLC for the abatement and demolition of the former Bimbo/Colonial Bakery; Franklin Pike, Nashville, Tennessee for the future re-development of a Mixed-Use project – including residential development directed by Alliance Residential. The site was comprised of approximately 8 acres and 75,000 square feet of buildings (constructed various phases from the 1940’s).
