The university selected general contractor Flintco for this site. EAI was selected and has had the pleasure of working with the team to provide needed services for asbestos material removal and management. We will perform the asbestos removal services on the front end of the project to make way for the needed renovation of the selected structures. The project will require 90 days to complete and is currently underway.

- Multiple widespread hazardous materials including the window caulking, PCB ballast, and minor mold remediation
