Nashville Davidson County Courthouse
The most recent major renovation of the courthouse required the removal of lead-based paint from interior painted walls/ceilings (loose and flaking), exterior windows, spandrels, and frames throughout the 11-story 275,000 square foot courthouse structure during the renovation of the historic courthouse. Other services were provided over the 12-month project, including interior demolition of courthouse, excluding hallways and courtrooms to include architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical and plumbing distribution systems.
