This project comprised of 67 apartment buildings in the heart of Nashville on Charlotte Avenue. EAI performed the asbestos abatement and all the building demolition in 180 calendar days, accident-free. Nearly a half million square feet was removed for the new construction of more modern homes for the Metropolitan Development and Housing Agency.
