The Lofts at Werthan Mills - Nashville at 8th Avenue
The conversion/restoration project for the former historical Werthan Mills Bag Plant has been in progress since 2002-2003. EAI and its team have had the opportunity to participate in three of the five phases; totaling over 500,000 square feet. An additional 50,000 square feet has been demolished to make way for swimming pools, parking, and new urban residential living.
EAI’s services have included demolition (structural and interior), abrasive blasting of lead and non-lead paint, asbestos abatement and other hazardous materials disposal.
The restoration project has converted the former historic Bag Mill into luxury apartment and condominiums with brick and first growth wood beams exposed.
